A hybrid breakfast - Thai fusion at Sumalee. A pile of good quality toast supporting a Thai shallow fried egg with cashews and diced vegetables in a sweet, sour, umami sauce that had a chilli waved in its general direction. Would have preferred a runny yolk but it was quite acceptable, as was the coffee from Cisco’s. (Taken with Instagram)
