Practicing crimping my pasties. I once made a batch as props for a photo shoot, I used a rough margarine pastry and stuffed them with toilet paper. This pastry however is made lush with Myrtleford butter and @greenvalefarm lard. It’s stuffed with root vegetables, minced pork and beef. Yum! (Taken with Instagram)
