The thing I most enjoy about the raspberry macarons from Noisette is not their pretty gold flecked shells but their tartness and full raspberry flavour. I applaud David Menard for celebrating raspberries’ uniqueness and not drowning it in a torrent of sweetness. (Taken with Instagram at Noisette)
