Perfectly lacquered juicy Greenvale Farm hot & spicy BBQ lamb ribs. Seasoned with my cayenne dry rub I learnt this technique of glazing with homemade BBQ sauce twenty years ago from Canadian colleagues who barbecued over maple and served their spicy ribs with blue cheese dressing.
