    Sweet, succulent and cayenne spicy, they went down smoothly. My blue cheese dressing made with marscapone, lemon juice and Jindi cheese melted into sharp, creamy rivulets in the mouth with the meat, cauliflower and broccoli.

    A potato blini served to mop up the mix of BBQ sauce and dressing. Bones were chewed clean, fingers were licked. Beer was drunk. Happiness!
