Mr Sticki said, “Sang Choi Bao!” But it was actually my retro-licious Pacdon Park gammon Waldorf salad deglazed with apple juice. The contents included walnuts, celery, apple and a little blue cheese, I finished it with my homemade mayonnaise and placed it in the deceptively twee lettuce cup. Then I inhaled it. I was so hungry.
