Slip, Sip & Slurp. Dumplings and soup. Lunch Chez Sticki.
Sipping a bowl each of slurp worthy lettuce, masterstock and shiro miso soup. And slippery Northern Chinese dumplings to share, tossed in a rich emulsion of preserved fermented chilli tofu and soy beans cooked with millet vinegar and spring onion. Perfect cold weather food.
