Beautiful creamy curd butter from Myrtleford Butter Factory.
This artisan butter is known to some as Virgin Butter and has been likened to a dip rather than a spread. It’s certainly deliciously addictive.
Available direct from the producer, at accredited farmers markets and in restaurants, it is formed with very soft curds and retains some of the whey, then is seasoned - delicious!
